Over the course of the school year, the children will be going out on carefully supervised educational visits. Where the visits are during normal school hours and within walking distance e.g. studies of local houses and shops, swimming baths, Dunston Activity Centre, St Nicholas’ Church, Kingsmeadow Comprehensive School etc, you may not be informed in advance and you are asked to give your consent to such visits by signing and returning the attached form.
If the visits are to places further afield and involve transport, then you will be informed beforehand and asked to sign a consent form for each visit.
Parents of children involved in extracurricular activities will be informed in advance of coaching sessions, rehearsals, matches etc.
